Refund and Return Policy
At Retro-Haus Euro Performance Division, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to make the process as easy as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
Electrical parts that have been installed.
Custom-made or special-order items.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at sales@retrohaus.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
1.Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging and accessories.
2.Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3.Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.
Refund Options
If your return is approved, you will have the following refund options:
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding any original shipping costs.
Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s), which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Exchange: If you prefer, we can exchange the item(s) for a different product of equal value, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@retrohaus.ca. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may require you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage or defect.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. However a 5% fee will be applied. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
