Warranty conditions for the Eibach warranty pass

1. Eibach grants a voluntary material guarantee of 5 years from the date of purchase date on the components suspension springs, wheel spacers and sport stabilizers.

2. Eibach cannot provide a voluntary material guarantee on purchased and sold wearing parts such as wheel bolts, shock absorbers, add-on parts, sports buffers, Bearing clamps or spring plates grant, since these parts of the legal subject to warranty obligations and Eibach within the framework of recourse according to §§ 478, 479 BGB only claims within half of the statutory warranty period.

3. The statutory rights of the consumer according to §§ 437 BGB are not restricted by the voluntary material guarantee.
