Introducing the TTE1000+ turbocharger upgrade package, complete with CNC-modified inlets for the 5.0 TFSI V10 platform. This system represents the next evolutionary stage beyond the acclaimed TTE850 configuration, which consistently achieved outputs exceeding 900 PS on 99 RON fuel. Engineered for maximum performance potential, the TTE1000+ delivers significantly increased airflow capacity while preserving rapid spool characteristics.
Advanced Compressor Engineering
The TTE1000+ utilizes lightweight, precision-milled compressor wheels that are substantially larger than standard components. These high-efficiency units increase air mass flow while maintaining exceptional response. To accommodate the enlarged wheels, the original compressor housings are CNC-machined to exact tolerances. In addition, the factory inlets are carefully reworked to further enhance intake airflow and reduce restriction.
High-Flow Turbine Design
Unlike the previous stage, which relied on modified stock turbine wheels, the TTE1000+ incorporates a proprietary 9-blade turbine developed in-house. The enlarged, free-flowing turbine design supports significantly greater exhaust volume without generating excessive backpressure. A notably slim hub profile further improves flow efficiency while reducing rotating mass for optimized performance and durability.
Reinforced Actuation System
Each unit is equipped with uprated, spring-enhanced OE actuators secured using reinforced clamps to ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions. Actuator calibration can also be customized to meet specific customer requirements and performance targets.
Precision Balancing — The TTE Standard
Exact balancing is fundamental to both longevity and performance. Every turbocharger undergoes a rigorous multi-stage balancing process. Individual components are first balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes. Following assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced on an in-house VSR machine at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, achieving equilibrium standards that exceed OEM specifications. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate as verification of quality.
