The TTE1000 VTG Stage 3+ turbochargers represent the pinnacle of TTE’s hybrid turbo development for high-performance and motorsport applications. Designed for maximum power output without compromising response or reliability, this system is fully race-proven and factory-approved.
Engineering & Design Excellence
To construct each pair of TTE1000 VTG turbochargers, we begin with genuine Generation 2 VTG turbo units. The original compressor wheels are replaced with significantly larger, highly efficient TTE billet compressor wheels. The compressor housings are CNC-machined to achieve the optimal clearance and profile, perfectly matched to the upgraded compressor geometry.
Additionally, we install:
64mm TTE billet bellmouth intake adapters for direct connection to DO88 silicone intake hoses
Larger 9-blade low-mass exhaust turbines to improve exhaust flow and reduce exhaust gas temperatures at high boost
TTE High-Flow VTG mechanisms, ensuring superior control and response compared to standard systems
CNC-ported turbine housings, delivering enhanced flow efficiency and thermal stability
Unlike many competitor solutions, TTE addresses both the compressor and VTG exhaust side comprehensively, resulting in exceptional power potential combined with rapid boost response.
Plug-and-Play Performance
For optimal integration, TTE also offers upgraded turbo inlet intake options compatible with OEM air intake systems or Eventuri intakes. This ensures unrestricted airflow, ease of installation, and true plug-and-play compatibility—making the TTE1000 VTG the ultimate hybrid turbocharger upgrade.
These turbochargers are extensively race-tested, including endurance and factory racing environments, ensuring uncompromising reliability under extreme conditions.
Precision Balancing & Equilibrium
Achieving perfect equilibrium is fundamental to every TTE upgrade turbocharger. Longevity, performance, and acoustic refinement depend heavily on precise balancing, and TTE standards exceed OEM specifications.
Our balancing process includes:
Individual component balancing at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using dedicated single-part balancing equipment
Final CHRA dynamic balancing after assembly, conducted at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on application
Use of TTE’s in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) to achieve ultra-fine balance tolerances well beyond factory limits
Each turbocharger set is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, guaranteeing traceability and quality assurance.
