Welcome to the TTE1300 Stage 3 Twin-Scroll Turbocharger Upgrade, engineered specifically for the McLaren 765LT 4.0-liter V8. This package represents the largest and most advanced hybrid turbocharger solution currently available for this platform, delivering exceptional power potential without compromising response or reliability.

Engineering & Design

To create each pair of TTE1300 turbochargers, the original factory compressor assemblies are removed and replaced with a significantly larger, high-efficiency billet compressor wheel. The compressor housings are CNC-machined to achieve precise clearances, perfectly matched to the new compressor profile for maximum efficiency and airflow.

On the turbine side, we install the largest possible 9-blade low-mass turbine wheels that can be accommodated within the factory turbine housings. This configuration substantially improves exhaust gas flow while reducing exhaust gas temperatures under high boost conditions. To ensure long-term durability and stability at elevated power levels, our proprietary upgraded bearing pack is fitted as standard.

The result is a turbocharger system that delivers exceptional peak power capability combined with rapid boost response, making it the ultimate hybrid turbo upgrade for the McLaren 765LT.

Precision Balancing & Equilibrium

Achieving precise balance is a critical requirement for any unit to qualify as a genuine The Turbo Engineers (TTE) upgrade. Longevity, performance, and refined acoustics all depend on maintaining exacting balance standards.

Each turbocharger component is initially balanced individually at low speeds of up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our dedicated single-component balancing equipment. Once assembled, the complete CHRA undergoes dynamic balancing on our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, again across multiple planes.

This meticulous process achieves an equilibrium standard significantly exceeding OEM specifications. Every turbocharger set is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, providing full traceability and confidence in quality.
