TTE1XX 3130 VAG 1.0TSI UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER

The TTE1XX is the latest in hybrid performance upgrade turbochargers, designed specifically for the VAG 1.0TSI 115PS engines, including the UP GTI and other vehicles in the VAG range. Built on the foundation of the original BorgWarner turbocharger, the TTE1XX delivers superior spool, responsiveness, and power. It represents the pinnacle of upgrade turbocharger performance currently available.

Engineered & Enhanced

The TTE1XX is meticulously engineered to maximize efficiency and performance. The original compressor is replaced with a larger, highly efficient 6+6 billet wheel featuring extended tip technology. The compressor cover is precision-milled to the optimal gap, perfectly matching the new compressor profile.

On the turbine side, the original unit is replaced with a 10-blade CNC-milled turbine, designed to handle greater gas flow. This reduces back pressure and lowers exhaust gas temperatures, enabling safer operation at higher boost levels.

The TTE1XX also incorporates an in-house manufactured 360° upgraded thrust bearing, enhancing durability under demanding performance conditions.

Optimized Equilibrium

Achieving perfect balance is critical for performance, longevity, and acoustics. Every TTE turbocharger undergoes a multi-stage balancing process to ensure exceptional precision:

  1. Component Balancing: Individual parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using a single-parts balancing machine.

  2. Dynamic CHRA Balancing: After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced up to 250,000 RPM (depending on application) across multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine.

This rigorous process exceeds OEM standards, resulting in a turbocharger with unmatched stability, performance, and reliability. Each unit is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test document for verification.
