The TTE560 is TTE’s first hybrid turbocharger engineered specifically for the AMG M139 2.0-liter inline-four engine, designed to deliver enhanced performance while maintaining OEM-level reliability and drivability.
Stage 1 Hybrid Design
This upgrade features a larger, high-flow BorgWarner compressor wheel paired with the original exhaust turbine and factory ball-bearing system. The result is rapid boost response suited for daily driving, combined with the durability and efficiency expected from motorsport-grade engineering.
Precision Balance & Engineering Excellence
Accurate balancing is fundamental to every TTE turbocharger, ensuring maximum longevity, optimal performance, and refined acoustic characteristics. Each unit undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process:
Individual components are pre-balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using specialized single-part equipment.
After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds up to 250,000 RPM using TTE’s in-house VSR balancing system.
This process achieves equilibrium standards significantly exceeding OEM specifications.
