The TTE600 Turbochargers are built from genuine RS6 K04 OE units and are meticulously engineered and upgraded using primarily BorgWarner components or higher. Key enhancements include:
Compressor Optimization: Genuine K04 RS4 compressor covers are CNC machined in-house to optimize clearance, ensuring fitment while maintaining efficiency for the larger, advanced billet TTE2280X Extended Tip compressor wheels (Inducer 45.1mm, Exducer 59.4mm).
Airflow Maximization: Standard CNC milling of the compressor housing inlet port removes the lip just before the wheel, smoothing airflow into the intake system for improved performance.
Advanced Compressor Wheel Design: The 2280X wheel offers low-inertia performance, simulating the flow characteristics of a larger wheel. Extended tip technology ensures faster spool at lower RPMs while supporting high boost levels with reduced thermal load, optimizing top-end power.
