Precision Balancing & Ultimate Equilibrium
Precision balancing is a critical requirement for every TTE upgrade turbocharger, where both longevity and performance are non-negotiable. Proper balance not only enhances durability but also improves acoustic refinement and operational smoothness.
Each TTE turbocharger undergoes a meticulous, multi-stage balancing process:
Individual Component Balancing: All rotating components are first balanced at low speeds of up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using TTE’s dedicated single-part balancing equipment.
Dynamic CHRA Balancing: Once assembled, the complete CHRA is dynamically balanced using TTE’s in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application.
OEM-Plus Standards: This process achieves equilibrium levels that exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
Every TTE620 turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, providing documented assurance of quality, precision, and performance excellence.
