TTE6xx 6357 BMW B58 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER + SUPER SIZE INLET

The TTE6xx 6357 is the largest and most powerful B58 hybrid turbocharger in the TTE lineup, engineered from the original BorgWarner 6-port turbocharger. Designed to deliver exceptional power output without excessive turbo lag, it represents the ultimate performance upgrade for high-powered B58 applications.

Engineering & Performance Enhancements

To create the TTE6xx turbocharger, the original compressor assembly is completely removed and replaced with a significantly larger, highly efficient 63 mm billet compressor wheel. The compressor housing is CNC-machined to achieve the optimal clearance, perfectly matched to the new compressor profile for maximum efficiency and airflow.

On the turbine side, we install a TTE 9-blade low-mass 57 mm turbine wheel, improving exhaust gas flow while reducing backpressure and exhaust gas temperatures at high boost levels. This results in stronger top-end performance without compromising spool characteristics. An upgraded TTE bearing pack is also fitted to ensure durability, reliability, and stability under extreme operating conditions.

To further support increased airflow, the turbocharger is supplied with a TTE supersize turbo inlet, allowing unrestricted intake flow and seamless connection to the intake system.

Precision Balancing & Quality Assurance

Precise balancing is a critical factor in every TTE upgrade turbocharger, where performance, reliability, and longevity are paramount. Superior balance not only enhances durability but also improves acoustic characteristics.

Each turbocharger undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process. Individual rotating components are first balanced at low speeds of up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our dedicated single-parts balancing equipment. Once assembled, the complete CHRA is dynamically balanced on our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application. This process achieves equilibrium standards significantly exceeding OEM specifications.

Every TTE turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, providing full traceability and assurance of quality.
