The TTE710 Turbocharger is engineered for the EA839 3.0 TFSI platform, delivering an exceptional balance of high-end power, rapid spool response, and true Plug & Play installation. As the second-stage upgrade in the TTE range, it is developed from the original turbocharger unit and extensively enhanced to provide significantly increased airflow and power potential.

Compared to the TTE510, the TTE710 features a larger, proven TTE billet compressor and an upgraded 9-blade high-flow turbine, specifically designed to maximize performance while maintaining excellent drivability. This configuration makes it an ideal solution for enthusiasts seeking substantial gains without compromising response or reliability.

Supporting Modifications

To achieve optimal performance from the TTE710, the following upgrades are strongly recommended:

  • Upgraded intercooler

  • High-flow downpipe

  • Sports catalytic converter

  • Full performance exhaust system

  • Upgraded turbo intake and intake system

Special attention must be given to the turbo inlet connection. An inlet diameter smaller than 66mm will restrict airflow and limit overall performance.

Precision Balancing & Quality Assurance

Precision balancing is a critical factor in every TTE turbocharger upgrade, ensuring maximum durability, smooth operation, and optimal acoustic refinement. Each unit undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process:

  1. Component-Level Balancing – Individual parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using a dedicated single-part balancing machine.

  2. CHRA Dynamic Balancing – Once assembled, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR machine, achieving equilibrium standards significantly exceeding OEM specifications.

Every TTE710 turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document, providing documented proof of quality and precision.
