TTE720 5147 2.9 TFSI UPGRADE TURBOCHARGERS

The TTE720 Upgrade Turbochargers are engineered for the 2.9 TFSI platform found in RS4 B9, RS5, and compatible Porsche applications. They deliver an exceptional combination of increased power output, rapid boost response, and true plug-and-play installation. This upgrade stage retains the original turbocharger housings while significantly improving airflow and performance through enlarged billet compressor inlets, upgraded exhaust turbines, and precision CNC-machined compressor and turbine housings designed to accommodate the larger wheels.

Designed to support up to 700 PS, real-world output may vary depending on vehicle hardware limitations. For example, vehicles equipped with a factory single charge cooler typically achieve 600–650 PS on 99 RON fuel. To approach maximum performance potential, supporting modifications are strongly recommended, including an upgraded intercooler (such as a high-capacity performance unit), enhanced downpipes, sport catalytic converters, and a full performance exhaust system.

Precision Balancing & Engineering Excellence

Meticulous balancing is fundamental to every TTE turbocharger, ensuring optimal durability, efficiency, and acoustic refinement. Each component is initially balanced at low speed (up to 2,800 RPM) across multiple planes using dedicated single-part balancing equipment. After assembly, the CHRA (center housing rotating assembly) undergoes dynamic high-speed balancing at up to 250,000 RPM on an in-house VSR system.

This multi-stage process achieves equilibrium standards that exceed OEM specifications. Every turbocharger is supplied with an individually serialized balance test report, certifying its precision and quality assurance.
