Introducing the TTE800 performance upgrade turbochargers, engineered from genuine K24-based units and meticulously reworked to deliver substantially higher output capabilities. Designed for high-performance applications, the TTE800 package supports power levels exceeding 800 PS, while maintaining reliability and drivability suited to demanding road and motorsport use.

Engineered & Enhanced

At the heart of the TTE800 upgrade is a significantly enlarged TTE billet compressor wheel, selected for its exceptional aerodynamic efficiency and superior flow characteristics relative to its size. The compressor cover is precisely re-profiled and machined to optimized tolerances, ensuring maximum compressor efficiency and consistent performance under high boost conditions.

On the turbine side, the exhaust housing is CNC machined to accommodate our larger TTE 9-blade high-flow turbine and upgraded shaft assembly. This enhancement improves exhaust gas flow, increases turbine efficiency, and supports the elevated power potential of the TTE800 configuration.

To ensure durability under increased load, a motorsport-grade 360-degree high-performance journal bearing system is installed. This bearing design provides enhanced strength and stability at higher boost pressures while maintaining excellent transient response.

The turbochargers are equipped with a genuine OE actuator, factory-sprung and calibrated to 0.8 bar crack pressure (1.0 bar available upon request), delivering precise and reliable boost control.

Precision Balancing – The TTE Standard

Achieving optimal balance is fundamental to every TTE upgrade unit, as both longevity and performance depend on it. Proper balancing not only enhances durability but also improves acoustic refinement and overall operational smoothness.

Each component is initially balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our dedicated single-part balancing machine. Following assembly, the complete CHRA (Core Hub Rotating Assembly) undergoes dynamic multi-plane balancing at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) system.

This rigorous process ensures equilibrium standards significantly exceeding OEM specifications. Every TTE800 turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, certifying its precision and quality assurance.
