The TTE800 5546 VTG upgrade turbochargers are developed from the original Turbo S Gen 2 units, utilizing the larger turbine housing as a high-performance foundation. Engineered for significantly increased power output, they are designed to deliver substantial gains while preserving excellent daily drivability and the full functionality of the Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) system.

Engineered & Enhanced

The TTE800 VTG features enlarged billet compressor wheels, precision-machined for superior airflow efficiency and performance. Additionally, the latest-generation 991-spec clipped turbine wheels are incorporated to further increase exhaust flow capacity while maintaining the responsiveness and adaptability of the VTG system.

The result is a turbocharger package that offers remarkable power potential without compromising throttle response or real-world usability.

Precision Balancing & Quality Control

Precise balancing is fundamental to every TTE upgrade unit. Longevity, reliability, acoustic refinement, and peak performance all depend on achieving exact equilibrium across all rotating components.

Each turbocharger undergoes a rigorous multi-stage balancing process:

• Individual components are initially balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using specialized single-part balancing equipment.

• Following assembly, the complete CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) system.

This meticulous process ensures balance tolerances that exceed OEM standards.

Every TTE800 turbocharger is supplied with a unique, serial-numbered balance test report, providing documented proof of quality and precision engineering.
