Engineered & Enhanced

Each TTE880 turbocharger begins as a genuine RS6 K04 OE unit, extensively re-engineered with larger, high-precision billet compressor wheels paired with optimized clipped turbines. This transformation ensures superior airflow, improved response, and enhanced overall performance.

Performance with Durability

The compressor covers are CNC-machined in-house to achieve optimal clearances, enabling seamless fitment while maintaining the efficiency benefits of larger, advanced billet compressor wheels. The wheel design promotes increased airflow and reduced rotational inertia, delivering performance comparable to larger, heavier wheels. Extended-tip technology further enhances low-RPM spool characteristics while maintaining lower charge temperatures for strong top-end power.

To complement this, the standard turbine and shaft are replaced with TTE 9-blade high-flow components, increasing exhaust gas flow, reducing back pressure, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures.

Durability is ensured through the installation of specially profiled 360° high-performance motorsport journal bearings, engineered to withstand higher loads without compromising transient response. Uprated OE actuators with reinforced clamps are also fitted to guarantee reliable, trouble-free operation.

Precision Balance & Quality Assurance

Precision balancing is a critical element of every TTE upgrade unit, directly influencing longevity, performance, and acoustic refinement. Each component is initially balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes. After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR system, achieving a standard significantly exceeding OEM specifications.

Every turbocharger is supplied with an individually serial-numbered balance test certificate for complete quality assurance.
