TTE900 5149 MCLAREN 570S UPGRADE TURBOCHARGERS

The TTE900 turbocharger set is engineered as a high-performance hybrid upgrade for the McLaren 570S, delivering exceptional power capability while maintaining rapid boost response and long-term reliability.

To create each pair of TTE900 turbochargers, the original compressor assemblies are removed and replaced with significantly larger, highly efficient billet compressor wheels. The compressor housings are CNC-machined to precise tolerances, optimizing tip clearance to perfectly match the new compressor profile for maximum efficiency and airflow.

On the turbine side, we install the largest possible 9-blade low-mass turbines that can be accommodated within the factory turbine housings. This design substantially increases exhaust gas flow while reducing backpressure and lowering exhaust gas temperatures under high boost conditions. To ensure durability at elevated power levels, our TTE upgraded bearing pack is integrated, providing superior stability and longevity.

Precision Balancing & Equilibrium

Turbocharger balancing is a critical element of every TTE upgrade, where performance, longevity, and refinement are non-negotiable. Superior balance not only enhances durability and efficiency but also improves acoustic behavior at all operating speeds.

Each turbocharger undergoes a meticulous, multi-stage balancing process. Individual components are first balanced at low speeds of up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our dedicated single-component balancing equipment. Once assembled, the CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is dynamically balanced on our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application.

This process achieves equilibrium standards that exceed OEM specifications. Every TTE900 turbocharger set is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, certifying precision, quality, and consistency.
