Introducing the TTE410 5147 Hybrid Upgrade Turbocharger, engineered specifically for the BMW four-cylinder petrol N20 engine. Advanced Compressor Upgrade

The TTE410 is built upon the original turbocharger platform, extensively re-engineered for superior efficiency. The factory compressor wheel is replaced with a significantly larger and more efficient 51mm billet 6+6 blade compressor wheel. The compressor housing is precision CNC-machined to achieve optimal clearance and perfectly match the new compressor profile, ensuring improved airflow, higher efficiency, and enhanced boost capability.

Enhanced Turbine Performance

On the exhaust side, the original turbine is upgraded to a larger 9-blade turbine with a 47mm outlet. The turbine housing is CNC-machined to accommodate the increased size, improving exhaust gas flow while reducing backpressure. The result is stronger top-end performance, improved spool characteristics, and greater overall efficiency.

Included TTE High-Flow Intake System (HFIS)

The package includes the TTE HFIS (High-Flow Intake System), featuring a CNC-machined billet inlet and high-quality silicone elbow. This system maximizes airflow to the compressor, enhancing throttle response, improving boost stability, and supporting peak performance levels.

Precision Balancing & Quality Assurance

Precise balancing is critical to both performance and durability. Every TTE turbocharger undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process to exceed OEM standards:

  • Individual components are initially balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using a dedicated single-part balancing machine.

  • Once assembled, the CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR machine.

This comprehensive process ensures exceptional smoothness, reliability, acoustic refinement, and long-term durability. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, verifying its quality and precision.
