Achieving perfect balance is fundamental to every TTE upgrade turbocharger, as both performance and longevity are critical. Properly balanced components not only enhance reliability but also improve acoustic characteristics.
Each TTE800 turbocharger undergoes meticulous balancing procedures:
Component Balancing – Individual parts are balanced at low speeds, up to 2,800 RPM, across multiple planes using our precision single-part balancing machine.
CHRA Dynamic Balancing – After assembly, the complete CHRA (center housing rotating assembly) is dynamically balanced at speeds up to 250,000 RPM (depending on application) using our in-house VSR machine. This multi-plane process ensures ultimate equilibrium, far exceeding OEM standards.
Every turbocharger is accompanied by a serial-numbered balance test report, providing full documentation of the achieved performance standards.
